When giving a quotation for work, I will always give an indication of the likely timescale, both before the job can commence and how long it is likely to take. Please note that with electrical work there are sometimes unforeseen issues (damaged appliances or wiring, or delays from manufacturers or suppliers) that can cause delays to jobs. But I will always communicate any such delays at the earliest opportunity and will endeavour to keep you in the loop at all times.
